3. Review Process

We will review your submission within 4-6 weeks and contact you directly if we're interested in representing your film. Our review process is thorough and considers market potential, artistic merit, and distribution opportunities.

4. No Obligation

Submission does not guarantee representation. We carefully select projects that align with our distribution strategy and market opportunities. We reserve the right to decline any submission without explanation.

5. Materials & Rights

You retain all rights to your film. We only request access for review purposes and will not distribute without your explicit written consent. Any materials provided remain your property.

6. Representation Terms

If we choose to represent your film, we will negotiate separate representation agreements that will supersede this submission agreement. Those terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

7. Governing Law
